CMR Christmas Memories: Our Captured Moments

For the CMR sisters, JESUS is the reason for every season! However the JOY of Jesus is most palpable during the Christmas season with gift-exchanges, beautiful nativity sets, and quality time with each other in community. ENJOY our Christmas memories below, as they say - "A picture is worth a thousand words". Many many thanks to all those who gave us wonderful gifts, sent us lovely cards, and most of all thought and prayed for us. We love you and we are praying for you!!

SPRINGFIELD COMMUNITY

Visiting "The Way of Salvation" at the Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer USA Headquarters (Dòng Mẹ Chúa Cứu Chuộc) in Carthage, MO. An amazing display of lights from Genesis to the Nativity where "The Word Became Flesh"

Part of our CMR Christmas tradition includes the Sisters: taking the children at Queen of Angels Daycare to visit Bishop Rice at the Chancery and visiting Bishop John Leibrecht and singing Christmas carols for him. The Sisters also greatly enjoyed the beautiful nativity at St. Agnes Cathedral.

KANSAS CITY COMMUNITY

The CMR Sisters posing with the Nativity at the Vietnamese Martyrs Parish in Kansas City, MO. Sr. Jacinta helping to arrange the children for their Christmas photo after the Nativity play.

IRVING, TEXAS COMMUNITY

The sisters in Irving went to the St. Nicholas Christmas Show and heard a talk on St. Joseph by Dr. Scott Hahn. They took a picture with St. Nicholas and a parishioner from St. Luke parish. Enjoy their community's extravagant Nativity scene. It looks like it took up half the chapel!

ST. LOUIS COMMUNITY

The St. Louis Community was a bit under the weather this Christmas but that didn't stop them from celebrating Christmas as you can see from the Rein-beer and cheese/sausage sampler Christmas gift!
