When: Thursday, June 18, 2020- Saturday, June 20, 2020

Where: 1900 Grand Ave, Carthage, MO, 64836 (Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer)

Why: Reflect on faith, Refresh with friends, Return renewed. Why not? 

​

How much: $30 (if cost is a factor to attendance, please contact Sr. Ann)

Steps to Register:

1.) Fill out Registration & Liability waiver below.

​

2.) Fill out Medical Release form through this link.

​

3.) Payment can be made through check, money order, or in person. Please indicate form of payment in registration below. Mail $30 check or money order (payable to Congregation of Mary Queen) to 625 South Jefferson Avenue, Springfield, MO 65806.

4.) Once we have received both your forms, Sr. Ann will contact you of your confirmed reservation for the retreat! Thank you!
